Agreeing to these terms
These terms cover your use of the Fieldstone Palm Bay Concrete & Masonry website and any estimate or work you ask us for through it. By using the site, calling us or sending our contact form, you agree to these terms.
If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. You can still call us at (321) 326-1779 with questions before you decide.
What we do
Fieldstone Palm Bay Concrete & Masonry is a masonry contractor in Palm Bay, FL. We also do concrete work for homeowners in Palm Bay and the cities around it. Our work includes foundation and block wall work, brick and stone repair, tuckpointing, chimneys and fireplaces, pavers, walkways, retaining walls and outdoor kitchen masonry.
The service descriptions on our home page and service pages are general information. They aren't an offer for any specific job. What we'll do at your house, and how, is set by the written estimate or contract we give you for that job.
You can read more about who we are on our About page.
Estimates and pricing
Our estimates are free and given in person, because masonry and concrete work can't be priced well without seeing the site. Asking for one doesn't obligate you to hire us.
An estimate is based on what we can see and measure at the visit. Some conditions, such as damaged block behind veneer, soft soil under a slab or rot behind a chimney, only show up once the work is open. If we find something that changes the scope or the price, we'll stop, show you and get your approval in writing before doing the added work.
Prices or ranges shown anywhere on the website are general information, not a quote for your job. Only a written estimate or contract from us sets your price.
Scheduling and cancellation
We schedule work once you accept your estimate. Start dates are our best plan, but weather, material delivery, permit timing and site conditions can move them, so we'll keep you posted when anything shifts.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, call us at (321) 326-1779 as early as you can. Any cancellation terms, including what happens to materials we've already ordered for your job, are set out in your written contract.
Payment
Your written estimate or contract sets the payment amounts, the due dates and the payment methods we accept for your job. Please read it before you sign, and ask us about anything that isn't clear.
Payment is due as your contract states. We may pause work on a job when a payment it calls for hasn't been made.
Warranties and website information
We stand behind our work, and we want you satisfied with the finished job. Any warranty on a job is the one written in your contract for that job, along with any warranty the maker of a material gives on its own product.
The website itself is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we don't promise that every page is complete, current or free of errors. General information on the site, including how a repair usually goes or what usually affects cost, isn't advice for your particular house.
Limits on our liability
To the extent Florida law allows, Fieldstone Palm Bay Concrete & Masonry isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that come from using this website or relying on its general information.
For work we perform, our responsibility is set by your written contract and by Florida law. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Settling a disagreement
If something about a job or the website isn't right, call us first at (321) 326-1779 or reach us through our contact page. Most problems get sorted out quickly once we're talking, and we'd rather come back out and look than have a disagreement drag on.
If we can't settle it between us, either side may pursue the remedies Florida law provides, unless your written contract sets a different process for that job.
Governing law
These terms and any use of this website are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any legal action about these terms or the website will be brought in the courts that have jurisdiction over Brevard County, Florida, unless your contract or Florida law says otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page, and it applies from the time it's posted.
Changes to these terms don't change a written contract you've already signed with us. If you have a question about any of this, reach us through our contact page or call (321) 326-1779.
